Inka Grill brings the flavours of Peru to Shoreditch. You'll find us inside Rolling Stock at 48 Kingsland Road, cooking Peruvian classics alongside the comfort food London loves.
Our story
Patricia and Chris met working in high-end kitchens in Mayfair. Patricia, a Peruvian chef, is known for her ceviche, her leche de tigre and the ají sauces of her homeland. Chris brings years of experience and a love of bold spices. Together they wanted to cook honest, generous food that everyone can enjoy, without the formality of fine dining.
That idea became Inka Grill. Today we serve our kitchen menu at Rolling Stock and cater private and corporate events across London, from canapés to bowl food and Peruvian barbecue.
What we care about
- Cooked to order: our food is prepared fresh, in small batches.
- Peruvian at heart: ají amarillo, rocoto, slow-cooked lamb in coriander sauce and more.
- Food safety: we hold a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 from Hackney Council.
