In the heart of London’s elite Mayfair dining scene, Chris and Patricia met as rising culinary stars in high-end kitchens. Chris, an Indian chef celebrated for his skill with traditional spices, brought a vibrant taste of Mumbai to his dishes, while Patricia, a Peruvian chef known for her exquisite ceviches and aji sauces, celebrated the flavors of her homeland with every plate. Despite their success in the Michelin-starred world, both yearned to make authentic, accessible food for everyone, away from the exclusivity of Mayfair. Over late-night talks, their dream took shape: a food truck where they could blend Indian and Peruvian flavors and reach the streets of London.
Launching Inkagrill, they combined the best of both cuisines into a dynamic, evolving menu. Chris crafted Indian street food favorites with Peruvian twists, like samosas stuffed with aji-infused fillings, while Patricia is recognized by their ceviche and specially her tiger milk. Their fusion creations quickly became a sensation, from Peruvian empanadas with Indian chutneys to their signature tikka masala wraps drizzled with aji verde.
With each new day, Chris and Patricia plan to explore different neighborhoods, tweaking their menu as they go. They’re set on growing their food truck into something that brings people together, one flavorful dish at a time, and hope to expand their journey across Europe someday. For now, Inkagrill is rolling through UK, ready to take food lovers on a global journey with every bite.
